ClawHive provides an AI assistant cloud platform that allows users to interact with AI models through various channels including WhatsApp and web chat. The Service includes:

  • AI-powered conversational assistance
  • Code execution capabilities
  • File storage and management
  • Integration with messaging platforms

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • You may not share your account with others

4. Subscription and Payments

Pricing

ClawHive offers both free and paid subscription plans. Current pricing is available on our pricing page.

Billing

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period
  • You will retain access until the end of your paid period

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Generate harmful, illegal, or malicious content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract AI model data
  • Overload or abuse the Service infrastructure
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

6. Usage Limits

Each subscription plan has specific usage limits:

  • Daily message limits
  • Monthly code execution time
  • Storage capacity

We reserve the right to suspend or throttle service if usage significantly exceeds plan limits.

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create or upload to the Service.

Our Service: ClawHive and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

AI Outputs: Content generated by the AI in response to your prompts is considered your content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CLAWHIVE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Illegal or harmful use of the Service
  • Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ClawHive is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.
